Having been born and bred in Las Vegas, Chef Aneesha grew up in a large family. Being the oldest of her siblings, Aneesha quickly found her self in the kitchen at a young age re-developing her mother's recipes, while adding a taste of her modern imagination. Although Aneesha wasn't always as health conscience as she is today, these founding steps helped her develop the taste palate she currently acquires.
It wasn't until she wanted a lifestyle change for herself, did she develop the specialty treats that you taste today. Her knowledge of great tasting food can be easily portrayed through her healthy renditions.
